Artnconnect is a matchmaking platform connecting artists with mental health professionals practising in Ontario (Canada). Artnconnect is not a healthcare provider and does not intervene in the therapeutic, clinical or contractual relationship established between the artist and the professional.

Artnconnect cannot be held liable for exchanges, sessions, diagnoses, treatments, advice or any relationship formed between artists and the professionals listed on the platform. Each professional practises under their own responsibility and in compliance with their regulatory college (CPO, CRPO, OCSWSSW), including professional liability insurance, confidentiality, informed consent and record-keeping.

Artnconnect's matching tool is a simple decision-support tool based on the declarative criteria provided by users. It does not constitute a clinical recommendation, medical referral or opinion on the suitability of a professional for a particular situation. The artist retains full freedom to choose their professional and is responsible for verifying the practitioner's profile, qualifications and availability before booking an appointment.

Data collected (identity, artistic status, financial situation, declared residency, optional link to work, professional licence and insurance evidence) is used solely for matchmaking and eligibility verification, and is protected under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the Ontario Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), insofar as certain information (expressed needs, financial situation or any information related to mental health) may constitute personal health information. Session payments are made directly between the artist and the professional, off-platform, typically via Jane App or any billing tool the practitioner uses. Artnconnect takes no commission on sessions.

Professionals access the platform through a monthly subscription:

• Founder Plan (Legacy): CAD $21.90 / month, rate locked for life for members who join before the official platform launch (limited seats).
• Standard Plan: CAD $24.90 / month, for members joining after the official launch.

Prices are exclusive of tax and are subject to Ontario HST (currently 13 %) at checkout. Pricing may evolve as the platform grows, subject to 30 days' reasonable notice by email. The Founder Plan rate, subject to promotional terms, is guaranteed for life for the duration of the active subscription.

Billing consent: I agree that my credit card will be billed CAD $21.90 (Founder Plan) or $24.90 (Standard Plan) plus tax monthly in advance. My membership will renew automatically each month until I cancel, which I can do anytime by emailing contact@artnsoul.info.

You may cancel at any time from your subscription area or by emailing contact@artnsoul.info. Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation: your access and profile visibility end right away. Amounts already charged are non-refundable pro rata, except where required by law.

Users undertake to provide accurate information. Links to artists' work must belong to them or be shared with permission. Professional documents, including licences and insurance certificates, must be authentic. Any falsified or misleading information or document will lead to immediate account suspension, without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities or professional colleges.

The Artnsoul and Artnconnect names, logos, visual identity, texts, illustrations, matching platform and databases are the exclusive property of the founder. Any reproduction, extraction or reuse without written authorisation is prohibited.

Artnconnect reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario (Canada). Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

The platform is restricted to persons 18 and older. Strictly prohibited: harassment, discrimination, hate speech, identity impersonation, unauthorised collection of others' data, circumvention of the matching platform, spam or commercial solicitation outside a therapeutic context. Any breach triggers immediate suspension.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing contact@artnsoul.info. Deletion is effective within 30 days (excluding legal retention, see privacy policy). For professionals, subscription cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation; amounts already charged are not refunded pro rata.

The platform is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artnconnect's total liability to any user is capped at the amounts actually paid by that user for the subscription during the last 12 months. Artnconnect shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, moral prejudice, loss of data).

You agree to indemnify Artnconnect against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, including in case of falsified documents or fraudulent use of the platform.

Any complaint must be sent to contact@artnsoul.info. Failing amicable resolution within 60 days, the dispute will be brought before Ontario courts. Artists may also refer any personal data dispute to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
